Covid 19 – Customer information
All vehicles will be deep cleaned after each use; disinfectant will be used on all hard surfaces, grab rails, seat belts, arm rests & tables throughout the day.
Face Coverings & Masks
As per Government guidelines, all passengers over the age of 11 years old are required to wear face coverings/masks when travelling on coaches. If you are exempt, please notify us at the time off booking.
Hand sanitiser/ Hand washing
We ask that you use the hand sanitiser each time that you board the coach. Where possible, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
The toilet on board the vehicle will NOT be available to use whilst the current measures are in place, no journey will be longer than 2 hours without a comfort stop.
We request that passengers take their temperature prior to leaving home, an acceptable temperature is considered from 36.1c to 37.2c. You will be subject to a temperature check prior to boarding the coach. If you have a high temperature you will NOT be allowed to travel.
If you are feeling unwell DO NOT travel for the safety of the driver and the other passengers.
When boarding the vehicle, the driver will remain off the vehicle, please wait for him to exit the vehicle before boarding. Ensure you keep 2 metres from your fellow passengers and driver where possible. When you arrive at your destination the driver will exit the vehicle first, you must then alight in the following order; front passengers first, rear passengers last, ensuring you keep 2 metres apart where possible.
Limited Seating capacity
We will have reduced seating capacity on our vehicles. Passengers who live in the same household can be seated together (this must be confirmed at the time of booking). We will email you closer to the date of travel with your seat number. You must sit in the seat that has been allocated to you to ensure that social distancing is adhered to.
Terms & Conditions of travel relating to face masks & temperature checks.
You may be refused travel or asked to leave the coach, if you do not have the appropriate face covering or you fail to wear it onboard. You will not receive a refund or be entitled to any compensation if you fail to wear the face covering as directed. By making a booking you agree to a temperature check, failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking and whereby no refund will be given.
