Visit the popular Rochester Dickensian Festival, with street entertainment, singing and dancing. The Rochester Christmas Market will aslo be taking place over this weekend.

Canterbury is one of Britain’s finest cathedral cities and stands on the River Stour in the heart of Kent. There is plenty to keep visitors interested - visit the famous Canterbury Cathedral, take a river cruise or visit the market and the many shops.

St Albans a bustling town with plenty of shops and has a local market on a Wednesday. In the afternoon we visit a local garden centre offering a range of plants, home and garden furniture and gift items, there is also a cafe.

Sudbury is an ancient market town in Suffolk, offering a wide variety of shops here you will have free time to explore the town before carrying on your journey to Bury St Edmunds.

Thursday is market day in Rye… you can browse the market or explore the enchanted town of Rye with its cobbled streets, medieval church, beautifully preserved historic houses, shops and restaurants.  Hastings is a seaside town.
